Minimizes Friction, Heat and Wear

Motorcycle transmissions and clutch plates are often lubricated by the motor oil. The high pressures and mechanical shearing forces of high-rpm operation and gear engagement can physically tear lesser oils apart. Use AMSOIL 10W-50 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil in motorcycles requiring SAE 10W-50 oil and any of the following specifications.
- API SP, GL-1, JASO MA/MA2
AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil is not recommended for applications requiring an API GL-4 or GL-5 gear oil.
SERVICE LIFE
Use AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil with an AMSOIL Oil Filter for up to twice the motorcycle manufacturer-recommended oil drain interval or one year, whichever comes first. When using
any other oil filter, change the oil and filter at the recommended intervals. Extended drain intervals are not recommended in racing or modified engines.
