Aluminum Billet Oil Fill and Oil Filter Caps For BMK21 Bypass Filtration System

Ford 6.0L Power Stroke™ Diesels
To ease installation of the BMK21 on 2003 and later model Ford pickups equipped with the 6.0L Power Stroke™ diesel engine, AMSOIL provides the Aluminum Billet Oil Filter Cap (BK1101), the Aluminum Billet Oil Fill Cap (BK1102) and the 90-degree JIC Elbow (BP242). These new high-quality billet aluminum caps replace the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) filter cap and oil fill cap. The new caps have holes tapped in them that accept the JIC elbows for hose connectors.

 Engineered for outstanding oil filtration efficiency, AMSOIL EaBP Bypass Filters have an absolute efficiency (Beta 75) at TWO microns and  60% efficiency at submicron levels. As a result, it is also an SMD (soot removal device). The AMSOIL Dual Remote Oil Filtration System remotely mounts both the full-flow filter and the bypass together on a machined aluminum high-tech mount. Working in conjunction with the AMSOIL EaO Absolute Efficiency Full Flow Oil Filter, which is rated at 15 microns absolute efficiency, the AMSOIL EaBP Bypass Filter operates by filtering oil on a "partial-flow" basis and provides the best possible filtration protection against wear, oil degradation, rust and corrosion.  It draws approximately ten percent of the oil at any one time and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters can’t remove. Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins Diesels
To ease installation of the BMK21 in 2004 and later model Dodge pickups equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine, AMSOIL offers the new 1/8" NPT - 1/4" JIC fitting (BP241), the Aluminum Billet Oil Fill Cap for Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesels (BK1301) and the 90-degree JIC Elbow (BP242). The BP241 fits onto the existing plug on top of the OEM full-flow filter mount, and the addition of the BK1301 eases the installation of the oil return line.

General Motors 6.6L Duramax
To provide GM Duramax owners the same ease of installing the BMK21, AMSOIL offers an oil filter “Sandwich” adapter (BK1201). The Sandwich adapter is an anodized billet aluminum adapter that screws on to the present full flow oil filter nipple located on the engine block. The full flow filter is then simply spun on to the adapter. The Sandwich adapter has an orifice to provide high-pressure oil feed for the BMK21. Like the other diesel applications, AMSOIL offers an Aluminum Billet Oil Filler Cap for (BK1202) to ease the installation of the oil flow from the BMK21 back to the engine.

AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate has been reformulated with additional lubricity properties to address the issues involved with Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Fuel. The new AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate is a total system cleaner and lubricity improver for all types of diesel engines, including automotive, light truck, heavy duty and marine applications. AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate compensates for the quality variances of different fuels (including biodiesels) and the deficiencies of today’s ULSD for better engine operation. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mandated major changes for Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel (ULSD), bringing the sulfur content to 15 ppm, a staggering drop from the previous requirement of 500 ppm. Suitable for both gasoline and diesel fuels. AMSOIL Gasoline Stabilizer keeps fuel from deteriorating during storage by reducing the oxidation process and prevents varnish and gum build-up. These contaminates can clog injectors, stick floats and cause poor engine startup. It is difficult to drain all of the fuel from equipment before storage, and doing so would expose the system to other problems, including the formation of rust and corrosion on the bare metal in the tank and fuel system, and the drying and cracking of gaskets and seals.
